My site is being hosted by another provider, can I choose your server
to host my site? |

Yes, you can
transfer your site to host in our server. First, you have to make an
order and get the web space from our server. You can make your order
in following ways:
- Online order
(just go from respective page)
- E-mail order
- info@multinet.com.np
- Make
telephone call - Tel : 977-1-269464
- By fax: -
Fill up form and send in our fax no. 977-1-257792 (Download form)
Likewise, you
can transfer your domain to us (details). If you already bought server
and register domain, you can contact us just for page designing.

What type of server will my site be hosted on, Unix or Windows
NT/2000? |

A) |
MultiNet hosts web
sites on both the Unix and Windows NT/2000 platforms. If you require
that your site be set up specifically on one or the other, please
specify the server type.

Is there any set up fee when I add a domain to my account? |

A) |
No, there is no set
up fee to add a domain to your account.

How many POP3 accounts can I have with one account? |

A) |
Each POP3 account
must have a minimum of 1MB of space allocated to it. ie. with 100MB of
space you can have maximum of 100 POP3 accounts.

How many POP3 E-mail account can I get for my web site? |
|
A) |
It's upto the how
much space you have. For example, if you buy 1MB space, you'll get 1
POP3 email, similarly for 5 MB, 5 POP3 mail box.
But you can create
unlimited E-mail alias. You can have "Catch All" feature. Therefore,
you can create unlimited email account for any hosting package.

What is "Email alias" or "Catch All" feature? |

E-mail alias is
nothing, but giving others name to your mail email address. For
example, if your main E-mail address is info@yourdomain.com, you can
give other name to it like inquery@yourdomain.com,
query@yourdomain.com, infos@yourdomain.com, marketing@yourdonain.com
etc (as much you want). If some one send email in query@yourdomain.com
(by guessing your address) or infos@yourdomain.com (typing mistake),
you'll receive the mail in info@yourdomain.com.
Therefore you
can receive mail in your main address, even clients make typing
mistakes or send guessing a address. That type of features is called
Catch All feature.

What is E-mail forwarding? |

You can have
unlimited number of email address from our server like
sales@yourdomain.com , info@yourdonain.com, account@yourdomain.com,
market@yourdomain.com. You may give different address to different
clients to keep proper track e.g. inquiry in info@yourdomain.com,
sales in sales@yourdomain.com, account in account@yourdomain.com but
you want to receive all mail in one address (that might be
admin@yourdomain.com, you@yahoo.com, yourcompany@wlink.com.np), You
can make forwarding all mail in your main address. That sort of system
is known as forwarding.

How long will it take for my site to be set up on your servers after
submitting it through the Add Domain form? |

We will set up your
site within 3-4 business hours and send you a confirmation by email.

What is the minimum amount of time that I have to sign up? |

The minimum time
that you can sign up for any service is 1 year.

Will I be able to change and update my web pages on a regular basis? |

Yes, you can update
your pages on regular basis. There is no limited bandwidth. If you
site is designed by us, hosted on our server and domain registered
with us, we'll update your site 3 times
free of cost (for first year).
