We will process your
domain registration order within 24 hours, provided the registration
form is filled out correctly. A confirmation email, which contains your
domain password, will be sent to you once your domain is registered
successfully. As soon as you received a confirmation email from us, your
domain is officially registered. However, the activation of your domain
name will take up to 72 hours. This is to allow your domain's
information to be propagated in all the DNS servers globally.

Q) |
Once my domain name is registered, can anyone else take it?
|
|
A) |
As long as your
domain is registered to your name, all the required fees are paid and
it's not in breach of any law, trademark or copyright, nobody else can
either use it or take it without your consent. As an added security
measure, your domain will be automatically locked so that it cannot be
transferred to another person or registrar without identification
documents from you. It will be unlocked only when you choose to use your
own DNS servers or requested by you.

Q) |
How many year should I register my domain name for? |
|
A) |
Although you can register your domain name for a minimum of 1 year, we
would recommend that you register it for a longer period than that.
Thousands of individuals, companies and organizations are losing their
domain names due to reasons such as outdated contact information, missed
renewal payments, hijacking, employee sabotage, and even computer or
clerical errors. This resulted in web sites and e-mail being disrupted
for weeks. If your domain name is important to you or you want to avoid
any inconvenience of losing your domain, register it for as long as you
can afford.
